Sara Prendergast

Ms. Prendergast serves as Assistant General Counsel at Spectral AI, advising the company on securities law, corporate governance, and complex strategic transactions, among other legal issues. She brings experience from two leading global law firms, including Jones Day and A&O Shearman LLP, where she advised clients on U.S. and cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, governance, and capital markets matters. Ms. Prendergast received her J.D. from the University of Michigan and completed her undergraduate studies in Journalism and Political Science at the University of Kansas.
